Sloan Family Portraits- Adam, Sarah & Isaac

Adam & Sarah Sloan are two amazing dynamic people, married fairly recently and are now blessed with their bundle of love- Isaac! Last Saturday I had the great privilege of spending a Winter afternoon that was warmed by sunny moments at Balmoral Beach. Capturing the love, devotion and adoration these two have for their first born son.  There is nothing better than to watch a Father whispering into his son's ears, or a Mother embracing her son as he sleeps...and of course the laughter that follows all those incredible moments!

Winter Day + Pirates

 May is here and so is WINTER...brrr...freezing to the bone! Last weekend marked the start of many family portrait sessions so to celebrate my OWN little family joined me on location. I can't think of who loved the treat of being all together more! I had back to back shoots and in the breaks I was able to capture their fun in the boat which we called the 'pirate ship'.  We pretended to be looking for land together and hunting for treasure...Halen spotted it first! Using our imaginations was invigorating and seeing life through a child's eyes is what we should remind ourselves to do more often...
